These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales made through the website https://camille-manon.com/.
ARTICLE 2: ORDERS
Automated recording systems are considered proof of the nature and content of the order. Camille & Manon® confirm acceptance of the order to the customer via the email address provided.
The sale is considered finalized on the date of payment validation by Camille & Manon® — meaning the date of payment approval for online credit card transactions, or the date payment is received by check.
Camille & Manon® reserve the right, at any time, to refuse or cancel an order from a customer with whom there is an ongoing dispute regarding payment of a previous order.
ARTICLE 3: PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Our offers and prices are valid as long as they are displayed on the website. Availability at the time of browsing depends on Camille & Manon® stock levels and, where applicable, those of our suppliers.
To build our catalog, we use databases enriched with information provided by our suppliers. Due to the large number of product references, not all items are stocked internally; our offers therefore depend on supplier availability.
Only products permanently unavailable from suppliers are removed from sale. In other cases, a new order can generally be placed after a certain period.
If a product ordered is unavailable, the customer will be informed by email or on the invoice if the order contains multiple items.
Order Delivery Times
At the time of ordering and in the confirmation email, an estimated delivery time is provided. It is calculated by adding the longest product availability time to the shipping time for the selected delivery method.
The customer may cancel the order as long as it has not been shipped.
Special Cases – Pre-orders
Products not yet released may be offered for pre-order on https://camille-manon.com/. They are reserved with a release date communicated at the time of reservation. This date may be modified without prior notice and is the sole responsibility of the publisher.
Camille & Manon® undertake to ship products as soon as possible from the final release date, subject to availability.
ARTICLE 4: PRICES
Prices listed in euros are net prices excluding shipping costs. They include the product price as well as handling, packaging, and storage costs. Prices may be modified at any time, but products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
All orders are invoiced and payable in euros. Any customs duties or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
ARTICLE 5: SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs include a contribution toward preparation, packaging, and shipping expenses. Customers are advised to group all items into a single order. Two separate orders cannot be combined, and shipping costs will apply to each order.
ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT

ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer or to a designated pickup location. Delivery time includes preparation and transit time. Camille & Manon® ship worldwide.
The customer is informed by email of the different stages of order processing: preparation and shipment.
The estimated delivery time of 10 to 20 days begins from shipment confirmation. This timeframe, provided by the carrier, is non-binding.
ARTICLE 8: WARRANTY – RETURNS – REFUNDS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Products sold on https://camille-manon.com/ are new and guaranteed free from defects. They comply with those offered in traditional retail and are supplied by approved publishers and suppliers.
In the event of a defect or non-conformity, the customer has 15 business days from receipt to request an exchange or refund. If the 15th day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day.
The product must be returned unused, complete, in its original packaging, with all accessories, instructions, and documents, along with the invoice.
The customer must provide proof of the defect to contact@camille-manon.com (description and photos).
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Camille & Manon® will refund the amount paid, excluding return shipping costs. The refund will be issued within 14 business days after receipt of the returned product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.
ARTICLE 9: RETENTION OF TITLE – TRANSFER OF RISK
Ownership of the products is transferred to the buyer only after full payment has been received, regardless of the delivery date.
However, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the buyer upon delivery and receipt of the products.
ARTICLE 10: PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Camille & Manon® are the producer and owner of all or part of the website databases. Access to the website implies the customer's recognition of the legally protected nature of the information it contains.
The customer agrees not to extract, reuse, store, reproduce, display, or retain, directly or indirectly, on any medium whatsoever, all or a substantial part of the content of the website databases.

Camille & Manon® cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure (strike, flood, fire, etc.).
Products offered comply with legislation in force in the United Kingdom. Camille & Manon® disclaim all responsibility if the delivered product does not comply with the legislation of the destination country (censorship, specific prohibitions, etc.).

The buyer waives the right to rely on their own purchasing conditions or any other contradictory document, as order validation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
