Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate inventory information at all times.

In exceptional cases, discrepancies may occur and prevent us from fulfilling part of your order at the time of purchase. If this happens, we will contact you to offer either:

• Waiting for the item to be restocked
• Receiving store credit of equal or greater value

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items.

These charges are billed at the time of purchase and represent the final shipping cost.

4. Delivery Conditions

International orders are generally delivered within approximately 7 days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 14 days depending on the shipping method and carrier.

Orders are generally processed within 2 working days after payment has been received.

You have 24 hours to modify your delivery address.

Our team works with our logistics partners from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding public holidays.

Once the order is placed, the maximum processing time is 3 working days.

During periods of high demand, delivery may take between 1 and 2 weeks.

Deliveries to military addresses are handled only through national postal services. Express courier services are not available for these addresses.
