ARTICLE 2 – ORDERS
Automatic registration systems are considered proof of the nature and content of the order.
Camille & Manon confirms acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address provided during the purchase.
The sale is considered concluded upon validation of payment by Camille & Manon, namely:

on the date of payment validation for credit card payments;

or on the date of receipt of payment for other payment methods.
Camille & Manon reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Our offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site.
Product availability depends on Camille & Manon's stock, as well as, where applicable, that of our suppliers.
To create our catalog, we use information provided by our suppliers. Due to the large number of references offered, not all products are necessarily stored in our warehouses.
Our offers are therefore subject to the availability of our suppliers.
Only definitively unavailable products are removed from the catalog. In other cases, replenishment may occur within a reasonable timeframe.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, the customer will be informed by email or directly on their invoice if the order includes multiple items.
Delivery Times
An estimated delivery time is communicated to the customer during the order and in the confirmation email.
This time is calculated by adding:

the shipping time corresponding to the chosen delivery method.
The customer can cancel their order as long as it has not yet been shipped.

Camille & Manon undertakes to ship products as soon as they are available.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICE
Prices displayed in euros are indicated inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.
They include the price of the products as well as processing, packaging, and storage fees.
Prices may be changed at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is validated.
All orders are invoiced and payable in euros.
Any customs duties, local taxes, or import fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.
ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges include a contribution to preparation, packaging, and shipping costs.
It is recommended to group all desired items into a single order.
Two separate orders cannot be combined after validation, and delivery charges will apply to each of them.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT

Camille & Manon ships to many countries around the world.
The customer is informed by email of the different stages of their order: preparation then shipment.
The estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 working days from the date of shipment.
This period is indicative and depends on the carrier.
ARTICLE 8 – WARRANTY – RETURNS – REFUNDS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

are new and benefit from applicable legal guarantees.
In case of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer has a period of 30 days from receipt of their order to request an exchange or refund.
The product must be returned:

unused;

complete;

in its original packaging;

accompanied by all its possible accessories;

accompanied by proof of purchase.
The customer must report the problem by email to:

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, Camille & Manon will reimburse the sums paid, with the exception of return costs.
The reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 14 days following the receipt and verification of the returned product.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Returns sent cash on delivery are not accepted.
ARTICLE 9 – RETENTION OF TITLE – TRANSFER OF RISKS
Products remain the property of Camille & Manon until full payment of their price.
However, the risks of loss, theft, or damage are transferred to the customer upon receipt of the products.
ARTICLE 10 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Camille & Manon is the producer and owner of all or part of the databases comprising the website.
Access to the site implies recognition by the user of the legally protected nature of the data it contains.
The customer is notably prohibited from extracting, reusing, storing, reproducing, representing, or exploiting, directly or indirectly, all or a substantial part of the site's content without prior authorization.
