Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. After this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to offer a refund or exchange.
If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, an immediate refund can be issued.
Orders are only processed after a 24-hour delay to allow for any modifications or cancellations.
Once the order is being processed, no refund can be granted until the item has been delivered, returned, and received at the return address that will be communicated to you.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

be unused and in the same condition as when it was received;

be sent back at your expense to the return address we will provide.
The following items cannot be returned:

Return Verification and Proof
We verify that the returned item matches your order using your order number or email address.
You can justify your return in two ways:

the package is received at the return address we provided to you;

you provide proof of shipment (photo of receipt, postal confirmation, tracking number, etc.).
In some cases, we may require physical receipt of the product before processing the refund.
If there is any doubt, the product will be inspected. If it is deemed not to comply with the return conditions, the refund may be refused and evidence (photos or videos) may be provided.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, the refund will be automatically processed via the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Items purchased on promotion are refunded based on the amount actually paid, not the original displayed price.

Gifts
If the item was shipped directly to its recipient as a gift, a credit corresponding to the value of the returned product may be granted after receipt and validation of the return.
If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the buyer received the order themselves before giving it as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original buyer, who will be informed of the return.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
When a refund is granted, the return shipping costs may be deducted from the refunded amount if applicable.
